Restoring Kingdom Royalty was founded in 2024 by Pastor Roy Lucas to provide basic living needs and bring a positive message of hope to those who are less fortunate. It's the vision of our staff to foster community where homelessness is rare, brief, or non-recurring altogether, with every individual empowered to achieve their fullest potential.
